Prawn Pil-Pil

Light, spicy and extremely tasty, Antony Worrall Thompson's starter is simple and delicious.
Serves 4
Ingredients
150ml/1/4 pint extra-virgin olive oil
30 king prawns (cooked)
2 teaspoons hot paprika
8 cloves of garlic finely sliced
12 small dried red chillies, finely diced
Method
1. Preheat four shallow terracotta serving dishes in a hot oven.
2. In a frying pan, heat oil till very hot. Add the prawns and pan fry for one minute then add the remaining ingredients pan fry further minute
3. Divide the mixture between heated dishes and serve hot crusty bread
