February 2010:
- Sunday 21st February 2010. Madam JoJo's, 8-10 Brewer St, Soho, London. This event in aid of raising money for the Alzheimer's Society. This is going to be a great event with laughter, singing and fantastic raffle prizes in aid of a very worthy charity. With performances from Bloomfield Avenue (of Jersey Boys fame), Leanne Jones, TV Comedian Hayley Jayne-Standing, Andrea Donovan and various drag acts. Donated prizes for the raffe/auction from various companies including Kensington Roof Gardens, The Body Shop, Selfridges, The Flight Centre and T&T Recruitment. Cabaret starts at 6pm. Tickets £15. March 2010:
- Tuesday 2nd - Saturday 6th March 2010: The Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund production ‘The King and I’ at Queen’s Theatre, Billet Lane, Hornchurch, Essex. The Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, based in Romford, Essex and founded in 1992, strives to make a positive difference to children, their families and siblings as they go through the unfortunate challenges of a childhood cancer, by offering practical, emotional and financial support to the families who struggle with funding everyday life. The Charities musical productions began in 2006 with Oliver and have become a yearly event to promote and raise awareness of its work.
